Here's the ultimate new player guide to Fallen Evolution

Once you have entered Fallen Evolution I don't suggest you going warp other places. First, of all because you were started there for a reason, and that reason is to kill the recommended NPCs. Secondly, because you won't stand a chance with our NPCs because like I said they arn't recommended for you. Lastly, because you're equipment won't help you if you warp to other places.

Once, you have finished training in the specific area. The secondary training spot is Anundo. The command is "#warp anundo" and kill the Ninja guards because you will have 0% chance against their leader. This is going to be a great way to earn money because the guards drop basic 100g-500g.

I repeat do NOT try to attempt to kill the Anundo Leader.

Tip: I leave the training area until I can kill it easily.

Armor suggestions for Male gender:
Armor: Shogun (area: Skeleton night. Warp command: "#warp skeletonking").
Weapon: Twin spear, twin spear has a great effect onto NPCs. (area: Hell, Hell guardian. Warp command: "#warp hell").

Armor suggestions for Female gender:
Armor: Mindy (area: Skeleton night. Warp command: "#warp skeletonking").
Weapon: Twin spear, twin spear has a great effect onto NPCs. (area: Hell, Hell guardian. Warp command: "#warp hell").

Congratulations! You've passed the basic leveling.

It's time for you to move on to higher places. There are 2 best areas to train in FE.

Area #1: Hell.
Hell has many different training spots, where people can't start something about KSing. Hell guardians give you 8k EXP, each time you've killed them.

Area #2: Skeleton Layer.
The Skeleton area gives 20k, a 12k advantage from Hell.
There are 2 ways to get to Skeleton Lair.

Option "A" part #1.
Use your Beach scroll relic, and walk out of beach into the area with Palm trees and leading the way to Sky wonder.

Part #2.
Entering the Palm tree lounge you go across, you will enter into a dark floored enter. Going to an area at the top, go right 13 spaces and enter.

Option "B".
Type in "#warp skeletonking", and use Otaku's guide.

Weapon: Ghost Rider Chains. (area: Headless hunters. Warp command: n/a.

I prefer Area #1 a.k.a Hell because they have constant re-spawns each time you've killed them. Yes, skeletons may have a 12k exp difference, but it takes a while for them to spawn. While, you wait for it to spawn you can kill about 10+ Hell guardians which is alot of EXP.
